Eligibility Requirements

Account Security

You must keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized activity on your account must be reported to naq88 immediately. You are solely responsible for any access granted to your account by a third party.

Identity Verification (KYC)

naq88 may at any time request official documents for identity verification (National ID, passport, or similar documents). Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account suspension or termination, and available funds may be forfeited.

Supported Payment Methods

naq88 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Suspicious or fraudulent deposit attempts will be cancelled pending investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may not be approved before the wagering requirements on earned bonuses have been met.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total of ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus combined). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus Abuse Policy

• Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Deliberate betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses (arbitrage, bonus bashing) are prohibited.
• naq88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• In cases of suspicious activity, bonuses and associated winnings may be cancelled.

Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to play games is prohibited.
• Interfering with game software or attempting unauthorized technical modifications is prohibited.
• Colluding with other users to deceive the system is prohibited.
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs is prohibited — if such an incident is discovered, it must be reported to naq88 immediately.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error, internet disconnection, or software issue, naq88 will make every effort to resolve it. However, in such situations, naq88's decision will be considered final.

List of Prohibited Activities

• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent documents.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Betting using third-party funds.

Account Closure Process

naq88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account for investigation without explaining the reason. If no violation is found during the investigation, the account will be restored. You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

Situations of Disclaimer

• Internet disconnection or technical failures on the part of third parties.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced by the most closely equivalent enforceable provision under applicable law.
